Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations, including maintaining HR records, assisting with recruitment processes, managing employee benefits, and helping with training and development activities. The role also involves working with HR-related systems, ensuring accurate data management, and supporting overall HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and managing HR data
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration processes and compliance practices
- Ability to assist with Training and employee development programs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general knowledge of HR software tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
