- Ownership, Insist on the Highest Standards, Learn and Be Curious
- Voice, Call and Chat support in the languages mentioned above
- Should Speak & understand the languages mentioned above
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- MyHR chat and calls, Handle live contacts from GB EEs, Maintain AHT 12 Mins, CSAT (HMD) >90%
- Handle MyHR chat and calls queries and providing resolution for time and attendance Issues
