Role Overview
We are hiring an HR Admin Executive/Intern to support recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Handle attendance and basic HR operations
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support
- Manage office-related coordination tasks
Requirements
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and manage coordination activities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- HR background or internship experience is a plus
