Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Maharashtra, India, for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will handle recruitment, training coordination, and onboarding processes. Key responsibilities include managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), assisting with benefits administration, maintaining employee records, organizing training sessions, and supporting HR management tasks such as policy implementation and compliance. Collaboration and communication within cross-functional teams are vital to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Experience with HR Management principles and handling Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Strong knowledge and skills in Benefits Administration and employee welfare programs
- Ability to coordinate training programs and support employee development initiatives
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards in India
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in the retail or service industry is a plus
