Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karnal for a Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant will perform day-to-day tasks such as maintaining accurate employee records, assisting in the management of HRIS, supporting benefits administration, and coordinating employee training programs. Additional responsibilities include helping in implementing HR policies, assisting with recruitment processes, and providing general support for the HR department.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Proficient in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
- Familiarity with designing and coordinating employee training programs
- Strong organization and communication skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements is a plus
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
