Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant for an on-site role located in Gurugram. The HR Assistant will assist with day-to-day HR functions such as maintaining employee records, managing HRIS, coordinating benefits programs, and supporting training initiatives. This role will also involve administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, responding to employee inquiries, and supporting HR managers in various tasks related to human resource management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management processes
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and data entry
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration and employee relations
- Familiarity with Training coordination and assisting in employee development programs
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-cultural teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience with HR functions in a multinational or culturally diverse setting is an advantage
