Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Assistant role based in Rewa. The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and assisting with HRIS data entry and reporting. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding and induction processes. The Human Resources Assistant will help administer benefits, leave records, and attendance tracking, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies. The role will also assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR communications, while providing general administrative support to the HR team and responding to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles with exposure to HR Management practices.
- Ability to work with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and maintain accurate employee data.
- Experience or familiarity with Benefits Administration and basic payroll or leave management support.
- Interest and aptitude in coordinating Training and development activities for team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn internal systems and tools.
