Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Assistant at NEODRIFT®.
The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
The role also involves contributing to process improvement, supporting business operations through automation, and assisting in maintaining efficiency and compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes (screening, scheduling interviews, coordination)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and training processes for new hires
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations
- Maintain attendance, performance, and employee data in Excel/Sheets
- Assist in resolving employee queries and concerns
- Support HR policies implementation and documentation
Additional Responsibilities (Expanded role)
- Automate business processes using tools like Google Sheets, workflows, and basic automation platforms
- Conduct internal audits (data accuracy, process checks, performance tracking)
- Assist in business development activities (data tracking, reporting, coordination with teams)
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting for business operations
- Work efficiently in high-pressure situations and meet deadlines
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (Data handling, formulas, tracking)
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and handle multiple tasks
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of automation tools (preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (HR / Business preferred)
- 0–2 years experience in HR / Administration / Operations (Freshers can apply)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
