Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- HR operations and employee record management
- Payroll coordination and statutory compliance
- Employee engagement and training coordination
- HR documentation, reporting, and HRMS administration
Eligibility:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Knowledge of HRMS and MS Office
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
