Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at HRDS INDIA in Bhubaneshwar. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible tor HR management, benetits administration, training, and utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support the organization's initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
Job Resposibility
• Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the organization.
• Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events, and resolving any scheduling issues.
• Prepare Word, Excel, Power Point presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
• Prepare draft correspondence for internal announcements, and organizations that the executive is involved.
• Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks.
• Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours.
• Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
• Complete ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Preparing financial reports, financial plans and budgets for meetings.
• Oversees business policies and accounting practices.
• Works closely with internal members to constantly improve, and makes sure tasks are completed on time with provided support.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling, assigning, administration and expediting work results.
• Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Provide front-desk coverage by managing a busy, multiline phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) Management and Administration skills
• Experience in Benefits Administration and Training programs
• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
