Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, located in Kala Amb. The Human Resources Assistant will support HR functions including employee onboarding, managing HR records, coordinating benefits administration, and assisting with training activities. Day-to-day responsibilities involve using HR Information Systems (HRIS), managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures to foster an efficient workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
- Familiarity with planning and executing employee training programs
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site and support a fast-paced industrial environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus
