Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant will be responsible for assisting with HR-related tasks, including managing employee information in HR systems, administering employee benefits, facilitating training sessions, and supporting HR management activities. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth organizational operations and compliance.
Qualifications
- Possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, focusing on employee engagement and organization development
- Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for data management and reporting
- Knowledge in Benefits Administration, including overseeing employee benefits programs
- Experience in organizing and delivering employee Training sessions to support skill development and compliance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Prior related experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
