JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR professional who can manage end-to-end HR functions in a manufacturing environment. The role involves recruitment, employee management, compliance, and building a structured HR system from scratch or improving the existing one.

- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Employee Life Cycle Management
- HR operations and Policies
- Payroll and Compliance
- Employee Engagement and Retention
- Performance Management
- Factory and Site HR Management
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field
- 2–6 years of experience (adjust based on role level)
- Experience in factory or project-based companies is a big plus
- Linkedin and Local connects relevant to the industry is plus
SALARY RANGE
2.5 Lakhs to 4 Lakhs (per annum)
