We are hiring a HR Data Management & Analytics Specialist to oversee end-to-end HR data management, reporting, analytics, dashboards, and HR operational support across regions and campuses.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with HR data, employee analytics, dashboards, surveys, HR systems, and cross-functional coordination with HR, Finance, Payroll, and L&D teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with regional and campus HR teams for monthly MIS, HR dashboards, surveys, corporate projects, policies, and contracts.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate HR data from multiple locations accurately and within timelines.
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards, presentations, and management reports.
- Plan and manage employee engagement initiatives including:
1)Employee Satisfaction Surveys
2)Onboarding Surveys
3)Survey analysis and reporting
- Monitor Budgeted vs Actual Headcount and highlight gaps to management.
- Track recruitment open positions and provide regional/entity-wise hiring insights.
- Consolidate Learning & Development updates monthly.
- Maintain HRMIS and dashboards ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage employee records including joiners, attrition, and global HR data updates.
- Support employee contracts, HR policies, and SOP documentation.
- Assist in annual performance management processes.
- Support optimization and usage monitoring of internal HR systems.
- Coordinate with HR teams to streamline HR processes and operations.
- Support new HR projects and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
