Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive / Junior HR to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people management and wants to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
🔹 Handle onboarding and employee documentation
🔹 Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management
🔹 Assist in payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESI)
🔹 Support employee engagement activities
🔹 Address employee queries and provide HR support
🔹 Maintain HR MIS reports and databases
Requirements✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA preferred)
✔ 0–3 years of experience (freshers can apply for Junior HR role)
✔ Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
