About The Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Assistant at Krolog Inc. The Human Resources Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the HR management team through a variety of administrative and operational tasks. The primary responsibilities include managing and updating Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), assisting with benefits administration, supporting recruitment efforts, coordinating employee training initiatives, maintaining compliance documentation, and providing administrative assistance to the HR team. The successful candidate will also contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture, ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices, including HR management and HR policies.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and database management.
- Experience with benefits administration and employee records management.
- Ability to assist with employee training and development programs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources or administrative role is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating HRIS databases to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
- Participate in recruitment activities by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training sessions and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain compliance documentation, including employment records, policy documents, and audit reports.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in addressing employee queries and resolving HR-related issues in a timely manner.
- Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
