Role Description The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating training schedules, and helping manage attendance and leave documentation. The Human Resources Assistant will assist with benefits-related queries, support HRIS data entry and updates, and help ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures. The role also involves responding to employee inquiries, preparing basic HR reports, and collaborating with HR management to support a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support daily HR operations and policy implementation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, records, and basic HR reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist with benefits enrollment, updates, and employee queries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to help coordinate onboarding and staff development activities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in common office software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email) and comfort learning new HR tools.
- Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in an HR support role.
