Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR department by assisting in the implementation and management of HR-related processes such as recruitment, employee onboarding, employee benefits administration, and training activities. Key responsibilities also include maintaining HR records, managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
- Ability to assist with or deliver employee Training and development programs
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site in Hyderabad
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
