Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Assistant role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinating documentation related to hiring, transfers, and exits. The role involves working with HR systems to update employee data, tracking attendance and leave, and assisting with benefits administration and payroll-related information. The Human Resources Assistant will help organize training sessions, support performance review processes, respond to employee queries, and ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied. Collaboration with HR leadership and other departments is expected to support a compliant, efficient, and employee-focused workplace.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR operations and coordination.
- Candidates should be proficient in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee data and generate reports.
- Candidates should have experience in Benefits Administration to assist with employee benefits enrollment, documentation, and queries.
- Candidates should have skills in Training to help plan, schedule, and coordinate employee development initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices within the local regulatory context.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) and comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an HR support or administrative role in manufacturing or similar industries is an added advantage.
