Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, including managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include handling recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, maintaining HR records, and fostering a positive work environment. The role also requires coordination with management to support strategic HR initiatives and employee development programs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR processes and systems
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and ability to address workplace concerns effectively
- Ability to create, update, and implement HR Policies and ensure compliance with regulations
- Solid grasp of fundamental Human Resources (HR) practices and organizational development
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a real estate or customer-oriented industry is an advantage
