Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in marketing campaigns, branding, and content creation.
- Generate leads and support business development activities.
- Coordinate with educational institutions and corporate organizations for partnerships.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support customer follow-ups and client relationship management.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, outreach programs, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Interest in Human Resources, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Interest in aerospace, deep-tech, or technology-driven industries is an added advantage.
