We are hiring for a Human Resources Analytics/HR Analytics Specialist.
The role will be responsible for building and scaling a decision-oriented talent analytics capability that enables business and HR leaders to make better workforce decisions.
The role requires going beyond dashboards and reporting to focus on insights, storytelling, and action across the talent lifecycle across key areas of hiring, skills, performance, engagement, retention, and leadership readiness, amongst others. The role will conceptualize and implement a structured, first-principles approach for People Analytics within the organization.
The role will enable data-driven decision-making around critical talent priorities of HR and Business leadership, and institutionalize data and insight mechanisms to enable future readiness of the organization. This role will act as a strategic partner to HR leadership, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable a people analytics roadmap, moving from descriptive reporting to diagnostic, predictive, and eventually prescriptive analytics.
- Establish a single source of truth for people metrics by merging data layers and creating a unified HR data model.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact analytics use-cases, leverage existing data pools to identify gaps, and build the right mechanisms enabling effective decision making.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical hypotheses and insight pathways.
- Integrate data from multiple HR systems to create a single view of talent insights.
- Create executive-ready insights presentations for CHRO, CXO, and business unit leaders, translating complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Technology team on system design decisions that impact data availability and quality downstream.
- Leverage statistical techniques, predictive models, and AI/ML approaches to surface trends, risks, and opportunities proactively.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of progressive experience, with at least 3-5 years of dedicated experience in HR analytics / talent analytics role. Prior experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR business partnering is a strong plus.
- Demonstrable experience in the IT services/technology industry. Familiarity with the operating rhythms, metrics, and talent dynamics of mid- to large IT services firms is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on proficiency with BI/visualization tools and strong advanced Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of scripting/statistical tools for data manipulation and analysis. Should be comfortable working with data beyond point-and-click tools.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar) and understanding how data flows across HR tech ecosystems.
