Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Analyst based in New Delhi. The Human Resources Analyst will be responsible for analyzing HR data, managing and improving HR policies, handling benefits administration, and optimizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The role includes creating HR reports, supporting HR management efforts, and generating actionable insights to support organizational objectives. The candidate will work directly with team members to address operational HR needs while applying analytical skills to solve challenges and improve HR processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) processes and practices
• Proficient Analytical Skills for working with complex data and identifying trends
• Experience in Benefits Administration and HR Management processes
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Prior experience in the agricultural sector or logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
