We are looking for “Analyst” (Full Time)
We are looking for a highly research-oriented HR Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely on executive intelligence, HR research, community-driven insights, and workforce trends to help build a trusted platform for HR leaders and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and publish engaging content on HR trends, workplace practices, and industry developments.
· Drive discussions and engagement within the professional community platform.
· Design and manage surveys, polls, and research initiatives on HR and workforce topics.
· Identify emerging HR trends and convert them into insight-driven reports and models.
· Analyze survey responses and community feedback to generate actionable insights.
· Prepare analytical reports, benchmarking summaries, and research-based insights.
· Collaborate with leadership and community teams to strengthen platform engagement and positioning.
· Provide regular observations, reports, recommendations and seek feedback from members to enhance member value and community participation.
Qualifications
· Up to 3 years of experience in HR Research, HR Consulting, HR Analytics, HR Operations, or related domains.
· Strong understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and talent management concepts.
· Experience in survey creation, data interpretation, and analytical reporting.
· Excellent written communication and content development skills.
· Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
· High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
· Familiarity with HR trends, and networking platforms is an added advantage.
