Key Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data related to hiring, attrition, performance, compensation, and employee engagement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and HR metrics for leadership review.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Support workforce planning, headcount analysis, and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to address organizational challenges using data insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across HR systems.
- Assist in designing and improving HR processes, policies, and reporting frameworks.
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and documentation related to HR data.
- Work with HRIS systems to extract, manage, and analyze employee data.
- Contribute to employee engagement surveys and interpret results to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a related role
- Certification in HR Analytics or HR (optional but preferred)
