About the Role
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Administrator to manage recruitment, HR operations, and office administration activities. The ideal candidate should have experience handling employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with basic labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and hiring for technical and sales roles.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR data, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, employment agreements, NDAs, and Code of Conduct documents.
- Ensure compliance with basic labor laws and regulations including POSH guidelines, Industrial Disputes Act, Contract Labour Act, and other HR compliances.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Manage office administration tasks including inventory and stock tracking of company assets and maintaining proper records.
- Handle internal communication and coordinate with different departments for HR and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
- Strong experience in recruitment, especially for technical roles such as engineers, IT professionals, and sales staff.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance including POSH, Industrial Disputes Act, and Contract Labour regulations.
- Experience in handling payroll coordination and HR documentation including Form 16, agreements, and HR policies.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook, and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication skills and professional English speaking ability.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data management skills.
