Role OverviewWe are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning of the office. The role requires strong organizational skills, people management, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination (job postings, screening, interview scheduling)
- Handle onboarding and induction of new employees
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases
- Track attendance, leaves, and employee records
- Support payroll processing in coordination with the accounts team
- Assist in implementing HR policies and processes
- Address basic employee queries and ensure smooth internal communication
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Administrative Responsibilities- Manage office operations and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and procurement
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and facility management
- Manage travel bookings, reimbursements, and logistics
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
- Support event coordination and internal meetings
Key Skills & Requirements- 2 years of experience in HR/Admin role
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
