We are looking for a HR & Admin Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. The role involves handling employee lifecycle activities, office administration, vendor coordination, documentation, and general HR support to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment coordination including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management
- Support employee engagement activities and internal events
- Coordinate training sessions and HR communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office administration activities and facility requirements
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
- Maintain asset records and inventory
- Handle travel, accommodation, and logistics coordination when required
- Support event arrangements, meetings, and office activities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in HR / Admin / Office coordination
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Familiarity with HRMS / attendance systems preferred
