Key Responsibilities Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Process monthly payroll inputs and coordinate salary disbursement.
Handle employee confirmations, resignations, full & final settlements, and exit formalities.
Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement activities, and performance management processes
. Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR-related records.
. Capable of handling white collar and blue collar employees .
Administration
Manage office administration and day-to-day operational activities.
Coordinate and process office rent, utility bills, vendor payments, and other administrative expenses.
Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and office assets.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
Ensure timely procurement of office supplies and stationery.
Facilities Management
Oversee office maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, and overall workplace upkeep.
Coordinate AMC schedules and ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and infrastructure.
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained work environment for employees.
Liaise with external agencies for maintenance and facility-related services.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of HR operations and payroll processes.
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS/payroll software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
MBA in Human Resource Management (HR).
4+ years of experience in HR and Administration.
Experience in handling recruitment, payroll, employee relations, office administration, and facilities management.
Prior experience in the interior design, construction, manufacturing, or related industry will be an added advantage.
