Role Description The Human Resources Administrator will support day-to-day HR operations and employee services in an on-site, full-time role based in Wadala. Responsibilities include maintaining HR records, updating HRIS data, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinating employee benefits documentation. The role will help administer policies and procedures, support compliance with labor and employment regulations, and respond to employee queries regarding HR programs. The HR Administrator will assist with payroll inputs, leave and attendance tracking, and preparation of HR reports and metrics. This position will collaborate with HR management and other departments to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Management, including employee lifecycle support and policy administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration, with experience managing employee benefits, documentation, and related queries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including accurate data entry, reporting, and system maintenance.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to help support compliance and proper application of HR policies.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service orientation toward employees and managers.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation tools); experience with HR or payroll software is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred.
