We’re looking for an HR Admin Intern who is eager to learn, take ownership, and support day-to-day HR and administrative operations while contributing to a positive employee experience.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven HR Admin Intern who can take charge of our administrative processes and help improve the way HR operations are managed. This role goes beyond routine coordination and requires someone who can plan, organize, and identify better solutions for admin and HR-related processes while supporting the HR team in day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of maintaining and organizing employee personal files, documentation, and HR records.
- Manage and continuously improve employee databases including contact details, joining information, and other key records.
- Create and maintain structured HR folders, documentation systems, and employee data trackers.
- Coordinate and ensure smooth completion of employee onboarding documentation such as ID proof, bank details, and other records.
- Create and update employee profiles in internal systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage attendance records, track leave applications, and share structured attendance reports with management.
- Identify and implement better processes or tools to streamline HR administrative workflows.
- Plan and manage office administration activities including office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance requirements.
- Work with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations and resolve admin-related issues effectively.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain structured employee data for internal tracking and decision-making.
- Support planning and execution of team activities, office events, and celebrations such as foundation day or team outings.
- Coordinate and manage internal initiatives such as award nominations, forms, and engagement activities.
- Support broader HR initiatives including recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and other HR projects when required.
Eligibility
- Excellent Communication is mandatory
- 0–1 year of experience or internship in HR/Admin roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to take initiative.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic HR tools.
