Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Administrator located in Vadodara. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing HR processes, administering employee benefits, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also includes utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage workforce data effectively, supporting policy implementation, and assisting with HR strategies to align with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
- Experience in Benefits Administration and familiarity with HRIS software
- Thorough knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and compliance practices
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees and leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR-related role is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
