Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Human Resources Administrator. The role involves managing and maintaining HR systems, overseeing benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and supporting HR management processes. The role works closely with employees to provide support, address concerns, and facilitate an inclusive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Management concepts
- Experience with Benefits Administration and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Understanding and practical knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage employee relations
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
