Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Bengaluru South. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor regulations. Daily responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing HR operations, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The role also involves fostering a positive company culture, supporting employee engagement, and upholding company values across all HR functions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning.
- HR professional with 3–4 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Development.
- Experience in implementing and managing Performance Management systems and Training programs.
- Proficiency in HR Compliance, Policy Development, and Employment Law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/HR certification preferred).
- Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in an on-site capacity based in Bengaluru South.
