We are looking for a dynamic HR + Admin professional who can effectively handle both people operations and administrative support. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of the agency, maintaining discipline, and supporting leadership with key organizational responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Documentation: Draft and manage offer letters, employment contracts, internship agreements, and internal HR policies.
- Operations: Track and maintain attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and performance evaluations.
- Employee Lifecycle: Conduct induction programs, provide training support, and manage exit formalities.
- Engagement & Culture: Handle employee engagement initiatives, grievance resolution, and necessary disciplinary actions.
- Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with company policies and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
Administrative & Leadership Support
- Calendar Management: Plan, prioritize, and organize the founder’s schedule, including booking meetings and managing follow-ups.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with external vendors and coordinate office requirements.
- Data Management: Maintain company databases, employee records, and confidential filing systems.
- Performance Tracking: Assist management in tracking KPIs, preparing performance reports, and ensuring organizational accountability.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate smooth workflows between departments to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
- General Assistance: Execute day-to-day administrative tasks, correspondence, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Graduate degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience or an internship in an HR/Admin role is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and digital Calendar tools.
- Abilities: Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality, discipline, and a proactive work ethic while working independently.
