Role Description The Human Resources Administrative Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry in HR systems. The role involves assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, onboarding new team members, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The specialist will respond to employee queries, support HR policies and procedures, and help manage attendance, leaves, and basic payroll-related information in collaboration with the HR team. The role also requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent communication, efficient administrative support, and a positive employee experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) to support core HR operations and processes.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations to help maintain a respectful, compliant, and supportive workplace.
- Relevant skills in basic HR analytics, documentation, and HRIS or ATS tools would be beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a technology or platform-based organization, is an advantage.
