Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Human Resources Administrative Specialist. The role involves managing day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment coordination, and policy administration. Responsibilities include ensuring HR processes run efficiently, acting as a liaison between employees and management, maintaining employee records, assisting in onboarding, and supporting organizational HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) operations
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration and employee engagement
- Proven experience in Employee Relations and handling workforce concerns with tact and professionalism
- Customer Service skills to address employee inquiries and improve HR service delivery
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
