Role Description The Human Resources & Administrative Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administering HR policies, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding and orientation activities. The officer will handle employee relations matters, assist in performance management processes, and ensure compliance with relevant labor and employment regulations. Administrative duties include organizing office operations, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining documentation and HR databases, and supporting communication between management and team members. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient HR processes, a positive workplace culture, and smooth administrative support for the office.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including day-to-day HR operations and support.
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and procedures, with the ability to implement and maintain compliant and practical guidelines.
- Experience in Employee Relations, including handling employee queries, concerns, and engagement initiatives.
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to support compliance and advise on regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office suite).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Prior experience in Recruiting , consulting, events, or energy/oil and gas/ Industrial sectors is a plus.
