Job Descriptions:
· Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
· Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues
· Manage employees’ grievances
· Manage daily operations of the business
· Forming and maintaining employee records
· Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave etc.)
· Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts
· Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
· Assist in payroll activity by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
· Having a good knowledge of recruitment and recruit the right candidates
· Onboarding of on-site employees
· Employee Engagement activities
· Auditing of Housekeeping and disciplinary concerns
Job Specification:
· Candidates having knowledge & experience in Industrial Automation & VFD Panels Solutions industries will be preferred.
· Thorough knowledge of labour laws
· Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
· Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
