Role Description The Human Resources Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment logistics, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding and documentation. The HR Administrative Assistant will handle routine administrative tasks such as managing calendars, organizing files, preparing HR-related reports, and supporting payroll and attendance tracking. The role also involves responding to employee queries, assisting with HR communications, supporting training and engagement activities, and collaborating with hotel and service apartment teams to ensure smooth HR processes.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR): Ability to support core HR processes, including employee documentation, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and basic HR compliance.
- Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance: Strong skills in scheduling, documentation, file management, report preparation, and office coordination.
- Communication, Customer Service: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professional interaction with employees, candidates, and guests.
- Attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets) and comfort working with HR or hotel management systems.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in hospitality or a service-oriented environment.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
