Role Overview
As an HR Admin Assistant, you will support recruitment activities, HR operations, compliance processes, and office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.
This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to practical HR operations and organizational coordination.
What you'll be doing
Recruitment and Hiring Support
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and coordinate hiring processes
- Source, screen, and communicate with candidates through various channels
- Maintain hiring trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
- Maintain HR records and support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave processes
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, labour laws, and support audit activities
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workplace environment
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, supplies, and administrative support
- Manage travel, logistics, and general office coordination activities
Employee Support and Coordination
- Provide support for structured HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR-related data and process requirements
- Ensure timely communication of HR policies and process updates
Note: This role does not manage employee grievances or act as a primary point of contact for routine team queries.
Who can Apply?
- Freshers passionate about building a career in HR
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in HR/Admin
- Graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
- Candidates with good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes is an added advantage
