Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant located in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting in staffing and payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The role also entails facilitating communication between staff and management, maintaining employee records, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, with a basic understanding of staffing and employee management processes.
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support organizational operations and HR duties seamlessly.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging effectively with employees and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience in a similar HR or administrative role is preferred.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
