Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations & Engagement: First point of contact for HR support, handling employee concerns, driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and maintaining confidential records
- Office & Administrative Management: Oversee daily operations as Vendor Manager, manage records and filing systems, coordinate office events, and support senior management
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 year of relevant experience in HR and/or administrative roles
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of HR best practices and processes
- Moderate English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
