Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources & Admin Executive. The role involves handling HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing key HR management tasks to align with organizational objectives. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities within the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and developing HR Policies
- A comprehensive understanding of core Human Resources (HR) functions
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in the renewable energy or automation sector is advantageous
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
