Role Description
CFS is hiring a Human Resources & Admin Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our facility in Bharuch. The executive will manage key HR operations such as employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks. The role includes managing recruitment and onboarding processes, payroll operations, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The selected professional will collaborate with various teams to foster a positive and productive work environment while providing administrative support to ensure smooth organizational functions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to administer effective workforce strategies and organizational processes
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies, with the ability to implement and enforce compliance
- Broad knowledge of Human Resources practices, including recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing administrative functions such as record-keeping, scheduling, and office coordination
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus
