Venus Techno Equipment Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer in construction and infrastructure equipment, is inviting applications for the position of
Senior Executive – Human Resources.
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and compliance-oriented HR professional with strong expertise in
Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Labour Law Compliance, Legal Coordination, and end-to-end HR Generalist functions.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Independently handle
Payroll Processing & Statutory Compliances including PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour compliance and related documentation
✅ Ensure adherence to applicable
Labour Laws and statutory regulations, including coordination with consultants and authorities for compliance-related matters
✅ Handle
legal coordination related to labour compliance, notices, inspections, records, registers and statutory filings
✅ Manage complete
Employee Life Cycle – joining, confirmation, attendance, leave, exits and employee records
✅ Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, disciplinary documentation and HRMIS records
✅ Coordinate with Plant, Accounts, Admin and departmental teams for smooth HR operations and compliance execution
Must-Have Expertise
🔹
SPINE HR Payroll & HRMS Software – Minimum 2 years hands-on experience
(preferred and will be considered an added advantage)
🔹 Minimum
3+ years of independent experience in Payroll, Statutory Compliance & HR Operations
🔹 Strong exposure to
Labour Laws & Legal Compliance coordination
🔹 Education:
MBA – HR / Industrial Relations / MLW
🔹 Good command over
MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong practical knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
✔ Experience in legal compliance documentation and coordination
✔ Proactive and solution-oriented working approach
✔ Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
✔ Ability to independently manage HR operations in a manufacturing environment

Local candidates from Mehsana and nearby locations will be given priority for shortlisting.
