Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Team Member based in Indore. The HR Team Member will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, employee engagement, coordinating training and development programs, and maintaining employee records. Key tasks include managing onboarding processes, supporting performance management systems, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role requires collaboration with various departments to support organizational growth and foster a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including record-keeping and compliance monitoring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with employees
- Ability to plan and execute training and development programs effectively
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling HR challenges
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
