Role Description
Star Fing Pvt Ltd is offering a full-time, on-site Human Resource (HR) Summer Internship located in Bengaluru. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, facilitating personnel management, and supporting HR management processes. They will gain hands-on experience in HR functions and contribute to team projects to foster a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Familiarity with Personnel Management practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Interest or experience in the financial and travel industry is a plus
