This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Human Resource Specialist - Shared Service Centre in India.
This role is part of a global HR operations environment supporting employees and clients across multiple regions, including EMEA, APAC, and the US. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining accurate HR data and documentation. Acting as a central point of contact, you will support employees, resolve HR-related queries, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. The position involves close collaboration with payroll, benefits, and legal service providers to ensure operational excellence across international entities. You will also contribute to improving HR processes and maintaining consistent global standards. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural shared services environment where accuracy, service quality, and responsiveness are essential.
Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, absences, status changes, and offboarding activities across global regions.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as employment contracts, policy updates, onboarding materials, resignation letters, and benefits-related documents.
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy across records, payroll inputs, and compliance requirements.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and employee changes in a timely manner.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, resolving employee and client queries through effective communication channels.
- Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders, including payroll, benefits providers, and legal partners, to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the maintenance of HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within shared services or global HR environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and basic understanding of labor laws across EMEA, APAC, or US regions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact across multicultural teams.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience working with HR systems or databases.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving global environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle employee queries and process challenges effectively.
