Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resource Specialist Intern. The intern will support the HR team in developing and implementing HR management strategies, assisting in personnel management, and contributing to the creation and refinement of HR policies. Responsibilities include managing employee benefits, supporting recruitment processes, and providing coordination for training and onboarding programs. Additional tasks may include process improvement initiatives and conducting research to support strategic HR planning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience or education in HR Management
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and handle multiple tasks
• Relevant educational background such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with strategic planning and process improvement is a plus
